With over 20 years in construction, Mike has built his industry expertise from the ground up, mastering project management, operations, and leadership. His career began with hands-on experience as a Sheet Metal Pre-Apprentice. From this foundation, he was propelled into project management, where he spent 18 years honing his skills across diverse roles. 

Mike has built an exceptional track record that speaks to his ability to handle complex challenges, lead high-performing teams, and navigate intricate projects from hospitals to schools to commercial buildings and more. 

A well-respected figure throughout the industry, Mike joined the Trautman team in 2021 to help us continue to elevate our services and achieve success. 
 

The Personal Side

Beyond the world of blueprints and deadlines, Mike cherishes time traveling with his wife and daughter. He is proud to have earned a reputation as the loudest “cheer dad” at his daughter’s competitions.
