Mike supervises all facets of the company's operations, encompassing project management, estimating, scheduling, and project execution. He bears the responsibility for guaranteeing that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, and that our work meets the highest quality standards.


Mike is a veteran of the construction industry with over 20 years of experience in project management, operations, and leadership. He began his industry experience as a pre-apprentice in the sheet metal industry, where he acquired valuable hands-on experience across a spectrum of trades. Subsequently, he transitioned to project/executive management, where he worked for 18 years. Throughout these years, he had a track record of successfully managing a diverse range of intricate project types, including hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings.

Mike joined Trautman & Shreve in 2021 as an executive project manager and was quickly promoted to vice president of operations in 2022. He is a highly respected leader within the company and is known for his strong work ethic, dedication to excellence, and ability to build and motivate high performing teams. 

The Personal Side

When he is not at work or being a cheer dad, Mike enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter.
