Vice President, Field Operations
Mark leads the organization’s labor management efforts in conjunction with the project management teams, field supervision staff, and local unions. He is also responsible for maintaining and developing working relationships with current and potential customers, and the development of systems and processes to improve operational efficiency in the field.
Mark started his plumbing apprenticeship in 1984 and spent the next ten years working his way up to Superintendent and later General Superintendent. He has decades of field supervision experience, which he’s put to use in leading several major mechanical projects in the Denver area.
His reputation in the local construction community is outstanding, mainly due to his dedication to the success of the entire project.
Mark joined Trautman & Shreve as the Vice President of Field Operations in 2019 and, in the time since, has positively impacted the company’s ability to perform successfully with carefully managed labor.
In his free time, Mark enjoys working on his classic car and hanging out with his grandkids.
