Trautman & Shreve uses prefabrication techniques and logistics to build and package components of plumbing and HVAC systems in a controlled environment before sending them to jobsites for installation. We operate a 50,000-square-foot prefabrication facility located in Aurora, CO, as well as a 60,000-square-foot facility in Colorado Springs.

Trautman & Shreve’s fabrication capabilities are increasing with the acquisition of MechOne, whose skilled professionals will advance the expertise of our team. This addition also includes MechOne’s Colorado Springs fabrication facility, expanding our ability to fabricate and install a variety of metals, including galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and black iron, as well as PVC, FRP, and lined stainless ductwork.
