Fabrication

Trautman welder working in their prefabrication facilityTrautman & Shreve uses prefabrication techniques and logistics to build and package components of plumbing and HVAC systems in a controlled environment before sending them to jobsites for installation. We operate a 50,000-square-foot prefabrication facility located in Aurora, CO, as well as a 60,000-square-foot facility in Colorado Springs.

Custom Fabrication Solutions

We tailor our prefabrication process to best service each customer’s schedule and budget goals. We determine the suitability of using prefabricated assemblies prior to the commencement of the work, through an assessment by our expert installers with the collaboration of our prefabrication team.

Optimal components for prefabrication include:

  • Prefabricated headers
  • Pipe and duct spooling
  • Plumbing fixture and GRD packaging
  • Prefabricated bathroom groups
  • Equipment skids
  • Multi-trade racks
