Our team installed new HVAC and plumbing systems at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Center’s treatment facility at the Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, CO. Fixtures, air outlets, terminal units, piping, and ductwork were replaced. 

All work was performed while the center remained open, requiring careful planning and diligent coordination from our team to avoid disrupting patients and staff.

The client wanted to upgrade out-of-date plumbing and mechanical systems, without shutting down regular operations.

  • 41 fixtures
  • 92 supply/return air outlets
  • 26 variable air volume terminal units
  • 3,200 linear feet of plumbing piping
  • 1,400 linear feet of HVAC piping
  • 9,000 pounds of ductwork
