Eric began his career as an estimator and project engineer, developing a strong foundation in project planning, cost management, and execution. As his career progressed, he assumed broader leadership responsibilities in fleet management, procurement, project management, and fabrication operations.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and information technology from Purdue University.
