Value Delivered

Kevin ensures that every mechanical system the company installs provides clients with the comfort and productivity they need, while delivering maximum ongoing value. After listening to clients and discussing their facilities and business requirements, he develops accurate and thorough proposals that help clients make sound decisions. He also offers commercial mechanical, plumbing and HVAC system design and value mechanical engineering recommendations aimed at controlling costs and maximizing performance. Once a client approves a project, Kevin prepares the contract and gathers all the other information project managers need to complete the work successfully. As the work proceeds, Kevin monitors progress and quality to ensure that clients get the on-time, on-budget projects they need to successfully meet today's complex facilities' challenges.

Mechanical Systems Expertise

Kevin has been in the mechanical systems industry since 1997, when he joined EMCOR and began his apprenticeship through the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of Plumbing and Pipe Fitting (UA). During this time, he also served in the National Guard, where he completed the primary leadership development and basic non-commissioned officers courses.

Holder of a Colorado journeyman plumber's license, Kevin is a past member of the Association of General Contractors' Future Leaders Forum. He has also participated in EMCOR's Business Development Program and the company's Executive Leadership Course at Babson College.

Over the course of his career, Kevin has not only developed a broad knowledge of mechanical systems, but also earned the trust and respect of colleagues and clients alike. Deeply committed to sharing his expertise, he has taught UA courses in plumbing, system design, wastewater treatment and other subjects.

The Personal Side

Kevin spends his spare time with his wife, Brenda, and their four children. They enjoy camping, fishing, boating and participating in other family activities.
